I design pieces from a thought more than a pattern. Many times the fabric will influence the outcome of the design more than anything else. Here this beautiful wintergreen leather was a part of my inspiration. The other part of this design was heavily influenced by these vintage gold handles that I found will vintage shopping. The classic shape of the handles contradict the modern cut of the design…needless to say I’m keeping this one for myself;-)
