New Orleans is known internationally for their five star cuisine. When I go home to visit, I anticipate all the food that I am going to eat! From fresh crab claws to jambalaya, it’s all good especially in my moms’ kitchen. When other cities claim to have NOLA style food, it often doesn’t hit the mark. While for this date night dinner we decided on a New Orleans style restaurant called “Jack & Harry’s”. From the moment you walk in the dark traditional vibes felt very familiar, as if it could have been located in the French Quarters instead it’s actual location in Dallas, Texas. The staff was friendly and the food was truly NOLA cuisine.
